Kathy is a graduate of the University of Florida Warrington College of Business Administration and worked in banking and investments at SunTrust Bank for many years. Her financial background gives her the ability to help her clients understand and analyze complex real estate transactions. Kathy has lived in Central Florida her entire life and believes there is no better place to call home. She was raised in Orange County and has been a resident of Alaqua Lakes in Seminole County for almost 17 years. Kathy is married with four active children in the Seminole County Public School System, Pop Warner football, Legendary Athletics, I-9 flag football, Top Gun Allstars and local tennis and music programs. Kathy feels so fortunate for the blessings in her life and is anxious to share with you the many wonderful things that make Central Florida and it’s unique communities special to her and her family. Kathy is a member of Orlando Regional Realtor Association, The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes, and Heathrow Country Club.
